Parish Priest

Rev. Fr. Anthony Dotse serves as the Parish Priest of St. Cecilia Parish, Ho-Dome, providing comprehensive spiritual, pastoral, and administrative leadership to the parish community. In his role as the principal clergy, he bears the responsibility of nurturing the faith of parishioners, ensuring the proper celebration of the sacraments, and fostering a vibrant and united parish life.

As Parish Priest, Rev. Fr. Dotse presides over all liturgical celebrations, including Holy Mass, Baptisms, Confirmations, Matrimony, and the Sacrament of Reconciliation. He provides guidance and counselling to parishioners, helping them navigate personal, spiritual, and moral challenges, while encouraging them to grow in faith and live out the teachings of the Church in their daily lives.

Beyond his sacramental and pastoral duties, Rev. Fr. Dotse oversees the administration and management of the parish. He coordinates the activities of various church organisations, ministries, and societies, including youth groups, catechists, lay associations, and charitable outreach programmes. By fostering collaboration among the clergy, catechists, and parish leadership, he ensures that the parish functions smoothly and that all parishioners are actively engaged in the life of the Church.

Rev. Fr. Dotse also prioritises the promotion of education, social development, and community service within the parish.
